As this is a customised gift, unfortunately, there can be no refund.

However, if your picture is damaged in transit, we will replace damaged items. Please will in our contact page here.

Parcel tracking will be sent via email on despatch of order. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order.

You will receive a text message as soon as your package is out for delivery, along with a one-hour window, and options to rearrange via the DPD delivery website. 

DPD includes a "Follow my Parcel" feature to display where the driver is on route. 

DPD can also deliver to a local shop for collection. This service is also tracked, and you have a choice to select pickup, or deliver straight to your door. 

If you aren't in, your order will be held at your local delivery office.
