- Upload your digital image on the shopping page. Make sure it's high res. Email me if you need help.
- Complete your purchase.
- I'll email back within 24 hours to let you know that I have approved your image. Once I've started your picture, no refund can be given, so this is the cutoff time...
- 3 weeks later your courier will deliver your very own painted commission, yey!

3. Would you like your painting framed? Simply add to cart.
4. Complete your purchase.
5. Email me your digital image. Make sure it's high res. Email me or ring me if you need help. If you would like me to add text, I'm happy to help.
6.I'll email back within 24 hours to let you know that I have recieved your image.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As this is a customised gift, unfortunately, there can be no refund.
However, if your picture is damaged in transit, we will replace damaged items. Please will in our contact page here.
SHIPPING INFO
Parcel tracking will be sent via email on despatch of order. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order.
You will receive a text message as soon as your package is out for delivery, along with a one-hour window, and options to rearrange via the DPD delivery website.
DPD includes a "Follow my Parcel" feature to display where the driver is on route.
DPD can also deliver to a local shop for collection. This service is also tracked, and you have a choice to select pickup, or deliver straight to your door.
If you aren't in, your order will be held at your local delivery office.
